Make your reservation today by calling or visiting the Lake Tholocco Lodging Office located in the outdoor recreation center! Reservations can be made 6 months in advance. We do not accept email inquiries. Reservations must be made in person or by phone at +1 (334) 255-4234. Lake Lodging cannot guarantee which side of the lake or cabin will be occupied until the day of arrival.
All accommodations at Tholocco Lake are available on a first-come, first-served basis with no patronage priority. (Except for 3 bedrooms.) Sponsors are eligible for active or retired military or DoD Civilian. The accommodation is open to the general public, sponsored by authorized sponsors only.
The property is designed primarily for recreational use and formal use is encouraged. However, official accommodations are permitted if space is available and the length of stay meets the maximum occupancy guidelines. There is a temporary client relationship and tenants do not have the same rights as a tenant/landlord relationship. Guests must be 18 years or older to check in.

Reservations can be canceled without penalty up to 48 hours before the arrival date or 48 hours before the desired departure date for the first departure. The only exception to this policy is an immediate change to an active duty military command.
Guests who do not show up for the reservation will be charged for the first night and the remaining nights will be automatically canceled at 10:00 AM after the day of arrival. Guests who do not wish to miss the remaining nights of their reservation may call before 10:00 a.m. to confirm the remaining nights, but they will be responsible for the complimentary check-in fee.
Absolutely no reservations, cancellations or changes to existing reservations will be accepted by email. Patrons should call the Lake Tholocco Guesthouse office during business hours.
The Retreat (cabin) is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom ADA-accessible cabin available to wounded warriors and wounded veterans.

Singing Pines cabins include: 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, 1 bathroom; The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove and microwave; The living room is equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. ADA accommodations are available upon request.
We have a limited number of pet cabins available for an additional fee. If you plan to bring a pet, please contact the property for more information, as pets are only allowed in our pet cabins. Pets are defined as dogs and cats. Rare pets and reptiles or rodents are not allowed.

Engineer Beach RV Park & Campground is located at the end of Johnston Road across from the West Beach Singing Pines cabins. It offers 53 campsites: 30 short camps, 18 long camps, 4 tents and 1 yurt. RV Park & Campground offers great boating and outdoor activities to combine hunting, fishing, kayaking and canoeing, in addition to spectacular views of Toloko Lake.

Our yurt is a 12-foot canvas tent that looks like a structure complete with a very comfortable bed and linens, its own dressing room, lights, and a fire pit. The Great Outdoors: Fort Rucker Home To Recreational Paradise
All campsites include electricity and water (except tents and balconies). There is a garbage dump on the way to the camp. All our new spas have bathrooms, lounges and laundry facilities under one roof.
Guests are expected to occupy the campsite and not use it to store RV vehicles or equipment. Customers looking to save on boats, tuk-tuks and recreational vehicles should contact the RV Lot at +1 (334) 255-9020.
Fort Riding Stables has 20 RV campsites, with plumbing and electricity. There is no rubber mat on the lawn. Dumpsters are not on site, but are available at Engineer Beach RV Park & Campground in West Beach, Lake Tolocco. Riding Stables is located south of Silver Wings Golf Course on Hatch Road. The building has a clubhouse with a bathroom, if you have a horse you need to ride please contact the stables to make arrangements. To reserve a campsite, contact Riding Stables at +1 (334) 255-0021.
